The Flex Stall System
The flexible yet firm neck rail encourages the cows to lay down quicker by hitting a nerve origin point at their neck. The pipes on the side of the stall then guide the cows into the correct lying position without hurting them. A correct lying position is essential when improving cow comfort. It also reduces barn care because the cubicles are kept cleaner and less bedding is required.

Our Dairy Stall Systems are designed for easy installation, strength and corrosion resistance. The heavy gauge pipe and clamps are hot dipped galvanized inside and out for maximum protection. All welded products are hot dipped galvanized after welding.
Our versatile heavy clamp system can be used for head to head rows or outside single rows. The easy install clamp system allows for quick installation and adjustments. Our heavy-duty tee and cross clamps have locking holes that allow an extra measure of fastening and eliminates swiveling, unlike most found on the market.
Special size loops, up-posts and clamps are available upon request. Additional tooling cost may apply. All stalls, top-rail, up-post, clamps and hardware can be mixed on the container to reduce shipping cost and allow for drop shipments direct to the building site.
